FUSA

Privacy & data use

FUSA operates this site on its own infrastructure. Necessary storage keeps language and consent choices. First-party analytics are off until you choose Allow analytics. Form submissions are stored for the purpose you select; newsletter consent is separate and optional.

Forms and email verification

A submitted request can contain your verified email, name, organisation, country, field, message and request type. Talent profiles are attached to the reasoning receipt only after a successful puzzle submission. Verification codes and verification tokens are stored only as keyed hashes, not in readable form.

Confidentiality

The contact and talent forms are private intake channels, but submitting a form does not itself create a non-disclosure agreement. Do not send protected third-party information or trade secrets until the appropriate agreement exists.

Analytics, cookies and server logs

The consent preference is stored so the site remembers your choice. If you allow analytics, a first-party visitor identifier links repeat visits and journeys across sessions; it is not an advertising cookie. The web server separately records normal security and bandwidth logs, including IP address, requested path, response status, bytes and user agent. The analytics database stores masked and keyed-hash IP data by default; full IP storage is disabled unless an operator explicitly enables it.

This build uses three first-party cookies: fusa_lang remembers the language; fusa_consent_v1 remembers the analytics choice; fusa_vid is created only after analytics consent and recognizes a returning browser. The per-visit session identifier remains in sessionStorage, not a cookie.

Retention and your choices

The current server defaults retain email-challenge records for 7 days, consented analytics for 395 days, and contact or talent records for 730 days unless a review hold is applied. Newsletter consent is optional. You can use the Privacy / data request form to request access, correction or deletion, subject to legal and evidentiary retention requirements.

No advertising tracking

This build uses no third-party advertising cookies and does not require an analytics cookie to use the site, request materials or solve the talent problem.
